Forgiving yourself

I read this article  by Michael Brown at Spirit Daily and was struck by the truth it contained. It underlines the importance of forgiveness - forgiving others and ourselves. It is well worth the read.

    I think this is something I struggle with daily Mary, forgiving myself. I have never had a problem forgiving others even as a child but have always been hard on myself....:-) Hugs
