The first couple months after the return of the prodigal daughter [that would be me :) ] were very hard. I was frightened and unsure of what the Lord expected of me. I knew He had a plan for me but I didn't know what it was. I was afraid He would ask something huge of me that I would be unable to deliver. I realize now how silly that was. No one expects a newborn to get up and walk, and The Father certainly didn't expect this of me. Rather, He carried me. I attended a Life in the Spirit Seminar and the Lord had a " word " for me: "My strength is made perfect in weakness."
I remember feeling so relieved by this word. The truth of it rang through me.
